1v1 Consulting was founded by Carrie Taylor, a masters graduate and Division I athlete who has 32 years of leadership experience with soccer.  As a professional men's coach, college head coach and youth soccer national champion coach, she knows what it's like to navigate  and be successful at every level. As a Technical Director, writer, committee member, organizer and advocate, she knows what it takes at the administrative and board level too. Carrie has acquired some of the more diverse skills and experiences during her journey. She can help you, your team, and your company reach their full potential.
